Frequently asked questions

Is the free WCAG audit really free?

Yes. Tell us your site and our team will review it against 50+ WCAG 2.1 AA criteria and send you a Legal Risk Level report — no cost, no obligation.

What happens after I sign up?

You'll get an immediate confirmation, and an Accessibility For All team member reaches out within one business day to begin your personalized onboarding — setting up your sites, documents, and monitoring with you. On paid plans, payment details are collected securely during onboarding, so you're never charged before we've talked.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. Reach out through the form below and we'll take care of it. Annual plans include two months free compared to monthly billing.

What does it take to receive a 100% complete, 3rd-party reviewed VPAT report?

Our system can automatically complete about 40% of a VPAT through machine scanning. Legal stipulations — and the limits of automation — mean the remaining 60% must be completed through 3rd-party disability expert review. We keep a team of reviewers on standby: depending on the depth of review your report needs, you can hire these experts and have your report completed entirely within the Accessibility For All dashboard.

Will this help with the April 2027 ADA Title II deadline?

Yes. The suite is built around WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard tied to ADA Title II. Start by auditing, then monitor and remediate, and document conformance with a VPAT/ACR.

My organization doesn't fit these plans. Can I still get a custom quote?

Of course. Use the form below and tell us about your sites, documents, and timeline — we'll put together a quote that fits.
