Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Accessibility For All.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of accessibilityforall.com and the Accessibility For All product suite — DocMersion, Websites, Reports, and Response (together, the "Service"), offered by Accessibility For All LLC ("Accessibility For All," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting this site, requesting a demo or quote, or creating an organization in the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

The Service

Accessibility For All is a digital accessibility suite made up of:

  • DocMersion — document accessibility transcription, remediation, and native web conversion;
  • Websites — website WCAG scanning and continuous monitoring;
  • Reports — automated and human-reviewed VPAT/ACR conformance reports; and
  • Response — suggested remediation steps rolled up across the suite.

We may add, change, or retire features over time. We'll aim to give you reasonable notice before removing a feature you're actively using on a paid plan.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an organization in the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when setting up your organization, and for keeping your account credentials secure once account log-in exists. You're responsible for activity that happens under your organization's account.

Plans, Pricing & Billing

We offer Free, Starter, Growth, and Scale plans at the prices shown on our pricing page, billed monthly or annually, plus a custom Enterprise plan. Prices and plan features may change; we'll post the current terms on the pricing page and won't change what you're charged for your current billing period without notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Once self-service checkout is enabled, payment is processed by Stripe; until then, paid plans are arranged directly with our team. Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted annual rate shown at checkout.

The Free Plan

The Free plan includes the full suite at the limits described on our pricing page, at no cost, for as long as you'd like to use it. No payment method is required to use the Free plan. We may change Free plan limits going forward, but won't do so in a way that removes access to data or reports you've already generated.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time by contacting us (or, once available, through your account's billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access through the period you've already paid for, and won't be charged again afterward.

We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law or at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scan, submit, or process content you don't have the right to share with us;
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
  • Use the Service to violate any law, or another party's rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights; or
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the documents, websites, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to access, process, and store Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to generate a remediation suggestion or a conformance report. We don't sell Your Content or use it to train unrelated products. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle information, including Your Content.

Disclaimers

Not legal advice. Automated scans, "Legal Risk Level" indicators, suggested remediations, and VPAT/ACR reports are informational tools meant to help you understand and improve accessibility. They are not legal advice. You're responsible for making your own determination about your organization's legal obligations, with your own counsel where appropriate. See Warranty below for what the Service does and does not promise about compliance.

Warranty

No warranty of compliance with any standard. Accessibility For All LLC does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that use of the Service will result in, or maintain, compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, or any other accessibility law, regulation, or standard defined by any government or standards body, in any jurisdiction. 100% accessibility compliance is not achievable — not by this Service, and not by any automated tool, human review process, or combination of the two. No score, report, badge, certification, or "Legal Risk Level" indicator generated by the Service constitutes a guarantee of legal compliance with any specific standard.

What the Service actually does. The Service is a good-faith attempt to identify accessibility barriers in your documents and websites and suggest improvements. Its scans, remediation suggestions, and reports may or may not align with the specific standard a government body, regulator, or court applies to your organization at any given time — standards, their interpretations, and enforcement all change over time, and no service can promise to track every jurisdiction's current requirements perfectly. You remain solely responsible for determining what level of accessibility compliance your organization is legally required to meet, and for verifying — with your own qualified counsel and, where appropriate, independent accessibility experts — whether that level has been reached.

Automated and AI-assisted components. Parts of the Service — including document transcription, accessibility scanning, and remediation suggestions — rely on automated and AI-assisted processing. These components may not correctly handle every document format, website structure, or content type, and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. Where a plan includes human review, that review is intended to catch what automation misses, but even combined automated-plus-human review cannot catch every issue.

Known limitations. No accessibility tool addresses every possible barrier. Where we're aware of specific categories of issues the Service does not detect or remediate, we'll describe them in our product documentation rather than leaving you to discover them on your own.

Service provided "as is." Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accessibility For All will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if we've been advised of the possibility of those damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

If you're not satisfied with the Service for any reason, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using it and, where applicable, cancel your plan per Cancellation & Refunds above.

Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages — in those jurisdictions, the limitations in this section and in Warranty above apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Accessibility For All LLC harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; Your Content, including any claim that it infringes another party's rights or violates the law; or your organization's own accessibility, privacy, or other legal compliance obligations, which exist independently of your use of the Service.

Third-Party Accessibility Claims

If you receive a demand letter, regulatory complaint, or lawsuit alleging that your website or documents aren't accessible, and you'd like help understanding what the Service has and hasn't addressed, let us know as soon as possible. We have no control over, and no advance notice of, communications or legal action third parties take against you — the sooner we hear from you, the more we can help. Notifying us doesn't expand our obligations beyond what's stated elsewhere in these Terms, including Limitation of Liability above.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or with reasonable notice for any other reason. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Your Content ownership, Disclaimers, Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Third-Party Accessibility Claims) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and will call out material changes on this page.
