Summary
This policy explains what information Accessibility For All collects when you visit this site, request a demo or quote, try the free WCAG check, or use the DocMersion, Websites, Reports, or Response tools — and how that information is used, shared, and protected. It covers accessibilityforall.com and the Accessibility For All product suite.
Who We Are
Accessibility For All is a product of Accessibility For All LLC ("Accessibility For All," "we," "us," or "our").
Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it. Depending on how you use the site, that includes:
- Contact and quote requests — name, email, company, website URL, the tools you're interested in, and any message you write, submitted through our contact and pricing-quote forms.
- Demo bookings — the name, email, and any details you provide when scheduling a demo through our booking calendar.
- Getting started with the suite — when you create an organization in the product, we collect your organization's name and website, and your name and role.
- The free website check — the URL you enter is used only in your browser to personalize the sample report you're shown; it is not transmitted to us or stored, unless you separately request a real audit through a form above.
- Billing information — if you purchase a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not receive or store your card number.
- Usage and device information — standard analytics data (pages visited, general location, device/browser type, referring site) collected automatically via the tools described in Cookies & Analytics below.
Information submitted will not be sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties except as described in Third-Party Service Providers, or as needed to provide the service you've requested.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and demo bookings;
- Set up, provision, and support your account and organization once you get started;
- Process payments and send billing-related communications for paid plans;
- Send onboarding and service communications about the plan you've selected;
- Understand how the site is used, so we can improve it (see Cookies & Analytics); and
- Meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use a small number of outside services to run this site and the product suite. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job:
- Formspree — delivers submissions from our contact and quote-request forms to our team.
- Calendly — powers demo-booking scheduling.
- Google Analytics & Google Ads — site analytics and advertising measurement, described above.
- Our document-rendering service — powers the interactive document preview features in DocMersion; it processes the documents you view or submit for that purpose only.
- Stripe — processes payments for paid plans. Stripe receives your billing details directly; we never see or store full card numbers.
As the product adds new integrations (for example, a customer-relationship or support platform), we will update this section before that integration goes live — not after.
Documents & Sites You Submit
When you use DocMersion, Websites, Reports, or Response, you may submit documents or a website address for us to scan, remediate, or report on. That content remains yours. We process it only to provide the service you've requested (for example, generating an accessibility report or a suggested remediation) and do not sell it, use it to train unrelated products, or share it outside the service providers named in this policy, except where you direct us to (for example, sharing a report with your own team).
Data Retention
We keep account and document information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we delete or anonymize your account and document data within 90 days, except for billing records, which we retain for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting law. Contact-form and quote-request submissions that never become a customer relationship are deleted after 12 months.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. Upon a verifiable request, we will delete the personal information we've collected about you, subject to what we're legally required to retain (for example, billing records).
Children's Privacy
This site and our services are directed at businesses, government agencies, schools, associations, and nonprofits, not at individual children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Documents or websites submitted to our tools for accessibility scanning may incidentally contain information about students or other individuals; that content is handled per Documents & Sites You Submit above and is never used for any purpose beyond providing the requested service.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect the information we collect, both online and offline. Only team members who need access to personal information to do their job are given it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep this practice current as the product grows.
Changes to This Policy
We'll update this page as our practices change — for example, when a new integration or feature starts collecting information it didn't before. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on this page.
